For the most exquisite palates, it is the most versatile brandy of the brand. It pays tribute to Miguel Torres Carbo, who was in charge of the reconstruction of the bodega after being bombed during the spanish Civil War in 1939. It is elaborated with the traditional distillation of white wine and its later aging in American oak barrels using the traditional solera system.
