Havana Club 7 is a premium dark sipping rum. The minimum age of any rum in the blend is 7 years, but the oldest drop is decades old: Every time we make Havana 7, a proportion of the final blend is put back into barrel to age for many more years until it is ready to form the heart of future production. The result is a complex rum with deep layers of Cuban flavors that is best enjoyed neat or with your own twist.

Method:
• Fill the glass with ice
• Add the sugar syrup and stir
• Add the bitters, dry vermouth and Havana Club Añejo 7 años
• Stir well and garnish with a grapefruit wedge
