White wine elaborated with the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is grown in the high vineyards of the Penedes, where the cold nights and mild temperatures offer the best climate for the grapes. It differs from the others because it is enriched by a fermentation process in new American oak barrels followed by four months ageing.
