Vineyard on the plain, in the heart of the "Harth" of Colmar. Lively citrus and floral flavours with a beautiful structure and a hint of fat which gives this wine balance and remarkable persistence. Ideal with seafood, Alsatian specialities, melted cheeses and fresh goat cheese. Colour: Lemon with hints of platinum.
