Celeste Eclipse Limited Edition is a high‑altitude Ribera del Duero red, crafted by Pago del Cielo (Familia Torres) from old vines grown on carbonate‑rich soils at up to 895\\ metres above sea level.
It undergoes 15–20 days of skin contact, malolactic fermentation in barrel, 2 months on lees and 12 months ageing in 60% French and 40% American oak, followed by at least 12 months in bottle.
Dark cherry red in colour, it displays intense aromas of blueberry, black cherry and dried fig, with cocoa, toasted wood and elegant spices, and a velvety, supple palate with smooth tannins and long, flavourful finish.
