Aged for 13 years, this blended Scotch whisky is selectively matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks for an extra rich and intense flavour. Look forward to notes of sweet ripe pears in syrup and a touch of spicy cinnamon. Founders John and James Chivas began blending Scotch whiskies in the 19th century in the cellar of their 13 King Street Emporium. Chivas Extra 13 Sherry Cask is inspired by the many flavours the brothers imported from all over the world, bringing rich Mediterranean notes that enhance the intensity of Chivas' distinctive house blend.

Tasting Notes - Nose: Fruity sweet with notes of ripe pears and melon, creamy toffee, milk chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of ginger.
Tasting Notes - Body: Dark in shade with a warm amber glow.
Tasting Notes - Palate: A rich combination of sweet ripe pears in syrup and vanilla caramel, infused with cinnamon sweets and crisp almonds.

How To Enjoy: Enjoy neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. Ingredients 60 ml Chivas Extra 13 Sherry Cask 20 ml Campo Viejo Rioja 30 ml Lemon Juice 20 ml Sugar Syrup Soda Water Orange Wedge, to garnish Method Add all ingredients in a glass and stir gently. Fill the glass to the top with ice Garnish with orange wedge and serve
